The hotel was conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the area. the staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and throughout our stay. Another advantage was the breakfast, which was included in the room rate and offered a decent selection of food.
The hotel was in need of renovation and some aspects of the room were outdated and uncomfortable. the bar service was not very friendly or accommodating and could be off-putting for non-Russian speakers.

We had a great stay. Best aspects were the helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms, convenient location close to the bus stop and parking facilities. We appreciated the tasty breakfast and the availability of WiFi throughout the hotel.

Located close to the bus stop, this hotel has easy access to transportation. The rooms are average and the bedding is acceptable. The breakfast is decent and the staff is friendly. There is a restaurant available, but a bit expensive for its quality. Some of the rooms have a nice view of the city.
The cleanliness of the hotel is unsatisfactory, with dirty sheets, toilets, showers, and carpets.

The hotel is in a good location, close to all the local shops and restaurants. The view from the room was great, and I enjoyed the city lights at night. The room was also quite spacious and had plenty of closet space.
The hotel itself was very run-down and outdated. I had trouble with the heating system, which made the room extremely hot, and the air conditioning was very noisy.
